sorry i havent posted anything for a while. I was really busy with school and stuff. Now im on break and I thought I would post a blog i had written a couple months ago.
Lately i have been wondering if I have made a difference in the kingdom of God. and what kind of difference it is that i have made? I know that you can impact someone with your words, using words you can build someone up or tare them down.
We all know about gossip how it can really hurt. I am sure that almost every one at one time or another has been the topic of the hour. And again i am sure that almost everyone has participated in gossip. I know I have, and it is not something that i am proud of. Because of careless words i am afraid that i have hurt or torn people down. This makes my heart ache because i know when judgment day comes i will have to answer for my words and actions.
as it says in James 3
10.Out of the same mouth proceedeth blessing and cursing. My brethren, these things ought not so to be.
11. Doth a fountain send forth at the same place sweet water and bitter?
12. Can the fig tree, my brethren, bear olive berries? either a vine, figs? so can no fountain both yield salt water and fresh.
13. Who is a wise man and endued with knowledge among you? let him shew out of a good conversation his works with meekness of wisdom.
14. But if ye have bitter envying and strife in your hearts, glory not, and lie not against the truth.
Guard your mouth and again i say again GUARD YOUR MOUTH. Will you influence some0ne to not follow Jesus because they see how you a follower treat others or will you hurt someone with your words and cause anger to build in their hearts? Please please be careful with what you say.
