Hey, this is Kirk again. I must admit I had a good time at the NitroGEN Praise we had on November 2nd. It was exciting, different (in a good way), and had an unpredictable ending. We learned about the benefits and excitement of going on a missions trip, we had a guest band play, we ended with a drama, and most importantly, we lifted up the name of Jesus. My question for you is, “What did you think about the November NitroGEN?” Now we won’t be able to do all of this this every time, but what did you think about changing it up a bit?
I must admit, I loved the way it worked. Props to everyone who was involved, you are awesome!!!

I agree. It was overall a good time. The space constraints for the guest band’s equipment wasn’t too difficult to solve, and they sounded good. I loved the missions talk. It made me wish I had gone there. That’s been one of those things that I’ve always wanted to do “if I get a chance,” and that presentation really revived the desire in me.
When the skit more or less led straight into the altar call, I think it caught people by surprise a little, but they figured it out, and God still moved.
I like change… It was good!
I really liked Amber’s talk about missions. I thought that having one of the youth doing a presentation like that was a very powerful message about how well all can be missionaries no matter what our age is!
